Operations intelligence

This is a read-only staff triage lens over authorized records. Markers are coarse canvas positions, projected from a recorded property coordinate where one exists and derived from the property identifier where none does; each marker states which. They are not addresses or device locations. It does not provide surveillance, live tracking, alarm monitoring, emergency dispatch, remote controls, or automated priority actions.
