A practical place to begin
Requests and triage
Collect owner, staff, vendor, and field signals into a reviewable operating queue.

Quoalis platform
Coordinate requests, vendors, field work, financial context, and owner decisions without rebuilding the story across texts, email, and spreadsheets.
See the operating model
Choose a story, then move at your own pace through representative product surfaces. Nothing advances without you.
Move through the core surfaces without losing the property, decision, or evidence behind the work.

Connected capabilities
Quoalis is modular without becoming fragmented. Requests, vendors, field evidence, owner reporting, integrations, and reviewed assistance stay connected.

Availability and integrations
Buyers should know what is ready, what needs setup help, what is in beta, what is planned, and what Quoalis deliberately excludes.

Events, visits, work windows, vendor packets, and dispatch workflows are available inside Quoalis.
OIDC sign-in, provider-managed MFA claims, invitations, session controls, and step-up checks are implemented; each production tenant still needs provider onboarding and release proof.
Prepare: OIDC tenant and client; MFA assurance mapping.Read-only iCalendar, Google, and Microsoft busy-window adapters, server-side OAuth, encrypted credential custody, freshness, and visible failure degradation are implemented for bounded pilots.
Prepare: Credential vault; Provider OAuth app or iCalendar feed.OIDC sign-in, provider-managed MFA claims, invitations, session controls, and step-up checks are implemented; each production tenant still needs provider onboarding and release proof. Evaluate: Run the identity deployment preflight with the production IdP discovery document, JWKS, callback URLs, and database revision.
Events, visits, work windows, vendor packets, and dispatch workflows are available inside Quoalis. Evaluate: Create and reschedule a visit, assign a vendor packet, and verify the schedule and audit trail.
Read-only iCalendar, Google, and Microsoft busy-window adapters, server-side OAuth, encrypted credential custody, freshness, and visible failure degradation are implemented for bounded pilots. Evaluate: Connect one disposable provider calendar or write-only iCalendar feed, approve its property mapping, run a 31-day read, and verify that only busy windows and hashed references are retained.
Lead, service, resident, guest, and authenticated request intake flows are available with scoped validation and routing. Evaluate: Submit each supported form, confirm validation and deduplication, and trace the resulting queue item.
Reviewed outbox delivery, SendGrid and bounded HTTP adapters, signed webhook handling, retries, consent, and retention controls are implemented; production provider credentials and sender verification are required. Evaluate: Run the communications configuration gate, send to a provider sandbox, and reconcile accepted, delivered, bounced, and suppressed events.
Private S3-compatible object storage, short-lived downloads, malware scanning, retention, legal-hold boundaries, and property authorization are implemented; production storage and scanner infrastructure must be activated. Evaluate: Verify bucket privacy, encryption, multipart cleanup, ClamAV, retention, restore, and signed-URL expiry in the target environment.
Reviewed messaging workflows, consent controls, click-to-call records, and summary boundaries exist; production voice transcription and automatic summarization are not generally available. Evaluate: Exercise consent, quiet hours, suppression, delivery reconciliation, call lifecycle, review, and redaction paths with sandbox providers.
Portfolio and property reporting, budgets, variance, profitability, service costs, and reviewed accounting packets are available from Quoalis records. Evaluate: Reconcile a property and portfolio period from transaction detail through totals, variance, profitability, and owner-safe output.
Sandbox OAuth, token vaulting, signed webhooks, mapping, idempotent import previews, and reviewed export packets exist; general production ledger writeback is not enabled. Evaluate: Connect one sandbox company, complete mappings, replay signed webhooks, and approve checksum-locked export packets without posting to a live ledger.
Owner publication, cost commitments, access changes, accounting exports, and security-sensitive actions require an attributable human review. Evaluate: Attempt each sensitive transition without a reviewer and verify that it fails closed, remains draft, or creates a review task.
Clear boundaries
Decisions, selected evidence, and spend context are reviewed before publication.
Outside teams receive the schedule, scope, access note, and upload requirements for their assignment.
Authority, cost, security, and owner-facing communication keep a visible human approval step.
Make one workflow concrete
In one working session, follow it through intake, assignment, evidence, financial context, review, and the owner update. Leave with a practical first rollout path.
